While we strive for extreme pricing accuracy across our collections, errors may occasionally occur. In such rare instances, Elvera reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
2. Intellectual Property & Designs
All website code, branding designs, high-definition photography, 3D render files, and unique jewelry sketches are the exclusive intellectual property of Elvera Jewels and are protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any material without written approval is strictly prohibited.
3. Sales Agreement & Verification
Receipt of an order receipt email does not signify our final acceptance of your purchase. Elvera Jewels reserves the right to request additional verification documents (such as ID proof or address verification for high-value diamond purchases) prior to casting and shipping your order.
